My grandparents, who were displaced from Königsberg during World War II, shared some really heartbreaking war stories with me. As a pacifist, I’ve always been deeply troubled by the countless failed attempts to create peace. It’s heartbreaking to think about the possibility of a nuclear exchange. All this has led me to start researching the root causes of the Russo-Ukrainian Conflict. I believe that if we can understand the interests of all involved parties, we can find a way to align them and resolve this war for good.
